Cancellation Policy

You may withdraw your winnings by means of either an account payee cheque or an electronic bank to bank transfer for the amount of winnings.

You agree that all Cancellation Policy you make are governed by the following conditions:

  • 1.1 In the event, a Rummy Cash Game is canceled due to a technical error or any other reason solely attributable to the Platform, or on account of the detection of a Fair Play Violation, the following settlement policy shall be followed:

  • 1.1.1 Points Rummy Cash Games

    In the event of cancellation of a Points Rummy Cash Game, at any stage: The buy-in amount paid by all Genuinely Affected Users shall be refunded; and the buy-in amount paid by all Genuinely Affected Users shall be refunded; and the buy-in amount paid by Users indulging in the Fair Play Violation shall be forfeit, and a penalty may be levied on such Users in accordance with this Policy.

  • 1.1.2 Pool Rummy Cash Games, Deals Rummy Cash Games, and Tournament Games

    In the event of cancellation of a Pool Rummy Cash Game, Deals Rummy Cash Game, or a Tournament Game, at any stage: the Buy-in Fee paid by all Genuinely Affected Users shall be refunded, including the rebuy amount if any; and the entry amount and rebuy amount, if any, paid by Users indulging in the Fair Play Violation shall be forfeit, and a penalty may be levied on such Users in accordance with this Policy.
